6. Physical or Electronic Signature
Your physical or electronic signature, which confirms your identity and authority to submit the notice.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include the following:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your counter-notification to admin@aidiro.com. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order against you.
Repeat Infringer Policy
AIDiro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We will remove any content that allegedly infringes upon the copyright of others, and we will take appropriate action against repeat offenders.
